Thank you for shopping with Copper Penny Embroidery & Screen Printing.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7–14 business days. Custom and personalized items may require additional production time. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at 204 Christiana Rd, New Castle, DE. You will be notified when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation email.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees.

Delays & Damages
We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
